Time-off requests, approvals, and PTO balances live in QuickBooks Workforce. This hub publishes approved absences to the company calendar and email.

• Request time off in QuickBooks Workforce
• Company calendar: open in Google Calendar
• Calendar subscriptions (Apple Calendar, Outlook, mobile): ask an administrator for a personal feed link.
• Email notifications: sent to the company group (not yet configured).

How it works: once a manager approves your request in QuickBooks, it appears on the company calendar as “Your Name — Out of Office” within the next sync cycle. Balances are never shown here — check QuickBooks Workforce for balances and request status.
